We strive to ensure that all first responders have access to the resources, training, and support required to excel in their roles, surmount obstacles, and reach their fullest potential.

Who are we?

The Plate to Plate Project, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, was founded by the visionary and dedicated retired military veterans, law enforcement officers, and firefighters. We recognize the critical need for continuous education in improving decision-making within high-risk scenarios. Our mission is to bridge the gap and ensure that no first responder is deprived of essential training due to financial constraints.

The name "Plate to Plate" symbolizes the unwavering support and protection that teammates provide to one another, utilizing their armor or "plates" to safeguard each other's backs. At the Plate to Plate Project, we are dedicated to extending that same level of support to our nation's first responders.

By partnering with with companies that share the same goals and commitments, we are further able to help offer separating military, law enforcement, and fire fighters with job opportunities to pass on their in depth knowledge learned throughout their careers.

Through the support of comprehensive training programs, we cover a wide range of crucial topics, including firearms training, defensive tactics, de-escalation techniques, emergency medical care, crisis management, and hazardous materials response. We strive to provide high-quality and relevant training that equips first responders with the skills and knowledge necessary to navigate the challenges they face on a daily basis.

The term '“plate to plate” comes from covering your teammate’s back.
